All of our pieces are handcrafted with great care, dedication, and attention to every detail. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel truly happy with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you need to request an exchange or return, we're here to help. Our policy complies with Brazilian Consumer Protection Law, ensuring your rights as a customer.

You may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Simply send us an email at [email protected], including your order number, the reason for the request, and, if possible, photos of the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, showing no signs of use, and in their original packaging. Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for the return shipment. Shipping costs will be assessed based on the reason for the exchange or return.

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and shape may occur. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and are part of what makes each piece unique. Such variations are not considered defects.

If your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, provided the request is made within the timeframe stated above.
